Board Nominees for Vice President

Nominees will be accepted from December 20^th2011 to January 19^th, 2012

Election if needed will be held Feb 1^st

Nominees must be Club members for at least four (4) years, unless otherwise approved by the Executive Board. Nominees shall accept the nomination before being placed on a ballot. email nominees to usaswimcoach@gmail.com

Nominees for an Executive Board position shall be announced at least 10 days before an election.

An Executive Board Member - President, Vice-President, and Secretary - shall serve for one year, or until a successor is elected. 

Vice President. The Vice President shall be an elected officer of the Club, vote on all matters before the Executive Board, administer election of President and Secretary, in the absence or disability of the President shall perform all duties of the President and when acting as President shall have all powers and restrictions of the President, and have powers and duties prescribed by the Executive Board.
