Coach Ron Featured in Swimming World Magazine

The Sandpipers very own Head Coach Ron Aitken was featured in the February 2017 issue of  Swimming World Magazine!  The article highlights some of the most (in)famous workouts Coach Ron has implemented for his athletes to complete.  The "Special Sets" section is an often featured article that spotlights coaches in the swimming community that are finding new and creative ways to challenge their athletes.
